About Connect Groups
Our Sunday meetings are excellent, but we also provide small groups so people can get to know one another much better. Connect Groups are specifically designed as mutual support groups for church members, and as entry points for new people.
All walks & ages
Connect group are for everyone, and everyone should be connected. We have Men's Connect, Women's Connect, Youth Connect, Young Adults' Connect, Seniors' Connect, Mixed Connect, you name it! They meet at various times and locations locally.
Welcome
If you're not in a local church already, you're invited and welcome to be part of our Connect Groups. They are connection points for community, meeting places for mutual support, study venues for hungry hearts. And they're place of fun and social activity!
Worship
Groups meet to worship God, pray, and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to people. Being small means that everyone's need can be met and lasting friendships can be built.
Word
We base our teaching on the Sunday morning message, so that everyone can have an opportunity to contribute, ask questions, and share how the Word is impacting their lives in a practical way.
Witness
Inviting friends and relatives to Connect Group is a way of introducing them to church life. Connect Groups provide a friendly, intimate environment for new people, and a great opportuinty to discover the benefits and blessing of Christian life.
Men's Connect
Men meet regularly for Breakfasts as well as for Connect Groups. Our next Breakfast is scheduled for Saturday December 5, our end of year meeting.
Women's Connect
Our women get together for Seminars and special events through the year. They meet mostly in dedicated Women's Connect Groups, where common interest topics and the Word are discussed with women's needs in mind, and lasting friendships are developed.
